Tracking updates come from real handling events. If nothing has happened, we won't pretend it has.
Price it plainly
Shipping, insurance, duties and tax are separate lines on your receipt. No bundled mystery fees.
Say it early
If a shipment is delayed or held, you'll hear it from us first, with what happens next.
Advise honestly
We'll recommend the slower, cheaper option when it's the right one for you.
